Your First Trade

Choose an asset to sell, an amount to pay, and an asset to buy. Multiswap quotes your net receive amount using its post-trade execution model.

Build the order

1. Open the selected pool’s Multiswap view.
2. Select Sell for each Reserve Asset you want to pay.
3. Select Buy for each Reserve Asset you want to receive.
4. Enter a positive token amount for every Sell asset.
5. If you selected several Buy assets, set positive allocations totaling exactly 100%.
6. Wait for the quote and review every leg.

For a first trade, sell USDC and buy USDT. Compare net receive amounts and price impact at several pay amounts.

For an order with several receive assets, allocations divide receive-side value. A 60/40 allocation assigns 60% of that value to one asset and 40% to the other; token prices determine the quantities.

Use each asset once across the complete order. LP Token issuance and redemption use liquidity operations.

Read the quote

Quote Details explains the selected leg’s opening price, ending price, price impact, scale change, and value flow. Receive legs include slippage tolerance and a minimum receive amount.

Price impact describes the quoted trade’s effect. Slippage protection limits how much worse execution may be if state changes after the quote. A larger tolerance permits a wider change in the final receive amount.

Approve and submit

Connect the wallet to the selected pool’s network. External ERC-20 pay assets require an allowance to the Dispatcher. If several approvals are needed, complete each before submitting the order.

Check pay amounts and every minimum receive amount, then select Confirm Transaction. The exchange settles atomically: a failed receive minimum reverts the complete transaction.

After inclusion, inspect the receipt and resulting balances. Execution uses the state at transaction inclusion.

Resolve order issues

Message or situation	Action
Missing amount	Enter a positive amount for every pay asset.
Allocation total differs from 100%	Adjust the percentages or use Split Evenly.
Token appears on both sides	Remove it from one side.
Insufficient balance or allowance	Reduce the amount or supply the required balance/approval.
Wrong network	Switch to the pool’s network.
Quote unavailable	Check the selected pool and token roles; rebuild the order from current state.
Price-impact acknowledgement	Inspect the amounts and price change before acknowledging.
