Stake and Unstake

Staking assigns amounts of the pool’s target token to particular Reserve Assets. The resulting stake records a target allocation.

Staking records an allocation of the target token to selected Reserve Assets. Liquidity provision, trading, and staking each have dedicated operations. The current swap curve uses reserves, scales, fees, and pool elasticity.

Stake

1. Open Stake in an initialized pool.
2. Choose a Reserve Asset and add a stake action.
3. Enter an amount of the pool target token.
4. Repeat for other assets if needed.
5. Review and confirm the transactions.

The selected Reserve Asset identifies where the stake is assigned. The target token is transferred into the staking position.

Unstake

Choose an existing stake position, enter an amount to remove, and confirm. Unstaking releases that amount of target token to the wallet’s available balance.

For a combined set of changes, the app submits unstakes before stakes. Each action can require a separate transaction. Clear removes pending actions before submission.

Read current and target allocations separately

Current weights describe the reserve portfolio using its accounting scales. Stake targets describe allocations selected through staking. The quote engine follows the reserve and scale equations; staking records the selected target allocations.
