Stake and Unstake

Staking assigns the pool's target token to one or more Reserve Assets. That stake determines the target allocation across the pool.

Staking is available after a pool is initialized.

Use + to add a stake action and - to add an unstake action.

Stake​

  1. Open the pool's Stake tab.
  2. Find the Reserve Asset you want to allocate stake toward.
  3. Select + to add a Stake action.
  4. Enter the amount of the pool target token to stake. Max fills the amount shown as Available.
  5. Repeat for any additional Reserve Assets.
  6. Review the actions and select Confirm Transaction.
  7. Confirm each transaction in your wallet.

The amount is denominated in the pool's target token, not in the Reserve Asset receiving the allocation.

Unstake​

  1. Select - beside a Reserve Asset with an existing stake.
  2. Enter the amount to remove. Max fills the amount shown as Staked.
  3. Select Confirm Transaction and approve it in your wallet.

You can prepare stake and unstake actions for several Reserve Assets together. The app submits them sequentially—unstakes first, then stakes—so a multi-asset change can require several wallet confirmations.

Use Clear to remove every pending action before submission.

What changes​

Staking changes the target allocation, not the current reserves. The pool overview shows actual weight and target weight separately so you can see the current portfolio and the allocation selected through stake.

Unstaking reduces the target allocation assigned by your stake and returns that amount to your available target-token balance.

On mobile, open Stake, use the + and - controls in the action table, enter amounts, and submit from the same view.
