Target Weights

The charts below demonstrate various quantities that drive the price impact of an asset as a function of deposit amounts (x-axis) for a given target weight that can be adjusted with the slider below. The pool is set up initially with the following state:

• LP token scale: $s_0=5$
• Asset scale: $s_i=1$ so the initial weight is 20%
• Asset reserve: $\alpha_i=1$

When $x=0$, it means no deposit is made yet and the initial weight of the asset is 20%. When $x > 0$, it means the asset is being deposited into the pool. When $x < 0$, it means the asset is being withdrawn from the pool. The target weight is set initially to 20% so the asset is precisely at its target weight.
